• Precise Geolocation & Address Data: Real-time device GPS coordinates and reverse-geocoded street addresses (powered by OpenStreetMap) to calculate delivery routes, estimate arrival times, and allow drivers to locate pickup and drop-off points accurately.
• Order & Transaction Records: Order items, vendor details, special delivery instructions, payment confirmation tokens, and delivery status history. We do not store complete debit/credit card numbers on our servers.
• Merchant & Driver Profiles: Shop registration details, trading names, operating hours, driver verification documents, vehicle specifications, and banking/e-wallet payout identifiers.
• Device & Technical Diagnostics: IP address, device model, operating system version, app crash logs, and performance metrics to ensure platform stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for lawful business and service purposes, including:

• Facilitating package dispatches, food deliveries, and store pickups.
• Matching customers with the nearest available couriers and merchants.

• Assigned Delivery Couriers: Drivers receive only the recipient name, drop-off location, and contact number needed to complete the delivery.
• Merchants & Spaza Stores: Vendors receive order items and customer first name to prepare the package.
• Payment Service Providers: Licensed payment gateways process secure transactions.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law enforcement or competent South African regulatory authorities.
